Improve Wellness, Happiness, & Productivity for 2013!

By: Dr. Chris Stankovich | @DrStankovich | Dec 20, 2012

About this time every year millions of people contemplate new year resolutions, and while setting new goals around health, happiness, and peak productivity are nice ideas, many people struggle developing the mental skills and mindset necessary in order to reach the goals they have set for themselves.  For some people it’s a matter of their goals being too vague (i.e. “I want to get in better shape”), for others it’s a lack of motivation (i.e. they want to reach the goals but are not committed to doing the work involved), and for others it is a lack of information (i.e. they don’t have the tools needed to deal with stress in healthy and effective ways).

Earlier this year I released “Optimal Balance: Life Strategies for Happiness, Health, and Peak Productivity.” The video was developed to help people learn about the many psychological tools and applications that can be used to maximize their human potential.  The video is not designed to be a “quick fix” for happiness and life success, but instead a collection of theories, applications, and strategic advice designed for permanent, successful life change.

What goals do you have for 2013?  Have you set goals in the past only to see them quickly forgotten?  If you are thinking about new changes for 2013 and have struggled in the past with starting healthy, new habits (like weight loss), while stopping unhealthy, old habits (like smoking), then check out Optimal Balance!

Optimal Balance will teach you:

  • Healthy and effective ways to identify and respond to stress
  • The science of successful goal setting, including motivational strategies to help with goal compliance
  • Simple strategies to dramatically improve emotional intelligence and health

Why struggle another day when it comes to living a happy, healthy, and productive life?  Check out Optimal Balance today!
