The Impact of Attitude on Human Performance & Success

By: Dr. Chris Stankovich | @DrStankovich | Mar 17, 2017

Attitude is a major variable when it comes to athletic (and life) success.  This week I discuss the importance of attitude, and remind coaches and parents to in turn teach kids that attitude is also 100% under our control — so choose wisely!

Remember, by developing a positive attitude motivation, focus, and resiliency also improve, as does the collective attitude of the entire team.  When we feel good, we also tend to build off our small successes while letting our mistakes go without beating ourselves up over coming up short.  Developing a positive attitude does a lot of great things, and the best part is that we get to choose every day the type of attitude we want to promote to ourselves and others.
