Designed by Dr. Chris Stankovich, The Sports Performance Assessment (SPA)™ is an easy to administer, self-scoring 50 question test designed to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses in the following areas: arousal control, mental preparation, confidence, focus, and the ability to handle adversity. After you arrive at your personal score for each mental toughness subscale, a short summary of what your score means and brief tips to improve in each area are provided.
